TOWARDS TAILOR-MADE,
SCIENTIFIC INVESTOR RELATIONS

 

 

PURPOSE: To provide a missing link in the chain of value creation, by making a company's strategic orientations compatible with its valuation by the market.

 

PRINCIPLE: Within a conceptual financial framework, to conciliate:

  • Financial analysis and the valuation of the company's strategic plan
  • Communications with financial markets via institutional investors and financial analysts
  • The interpretation of corporate communications by investors and analysts, who are key to determining the stock's valuation

 

PROCEDURE: Detailed analysis of national and international broker reports on the company:

  • Analysis of the methodology in each report and the fit between its orientations and those of the company
  • Analysis of the evolution and dispersion of cash flow hypotheses in each broker report on the company
  • Translation of these hypotheses in terms of overall company valuation
  • Analysis of stock market behavior and valuation of a number of peers in the company's main sector(s) of activity
  • Written and oral presentation of results and recommendations

 

PERIODICITY: Two (or four) times a year before (or before and after) road shows, i.e. April/June and October/November, and under special circumstances.
