Founding partner Bertrand Jacquillat is chairman and chief executive of Associés en Finance. A university professor, he holds degrees from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and Harvard Business School. He has a PhD from Université Paris Dauphine and is a member of SFAF, the French financial analysts' association. He has taught at HEC, Université Paris Dauphine, UC Berkeley, and Stanford University.


Hubert Jousset, chairman of Société de Gestion Financière Privée (GEFIP), is a founding partner of Associés en Finance. He is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales and is a member of SFAF, the French financial analysts' association.
